“Be like a tree. Stay grounded. Connect with your roots. Turn over a new leaf. Bend before you break. Enjoy your unique natural beauty. Keep growing.”

— Joanne Raptis

Approach to Therapy

Connection through relationships is an important part of therapy. We strive to build a relationship of trust and open communication.

  • We offer primarily in-person therapy sessions on most weekdays and evenings.

  • We will meet in our professional office, which provides a safe, private, and relaxed environment.

  • As part of this initial process, we will take a thorough history

  • A custom treatment plan that will guide our sessions and progress and help you reach your goals.

  • The therapeutic methods of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) will be employed in your treatment.
